James: It can be accessed via http://www.eggheadclient.co.uk/intranet - from our IP address only, no-one externally can access it (unless they spoof our IP)

James: I would like to suggest that we store all our documentation in a separate, secure, password protected area. 

James: I would also like to change the default CMS Administrator password to something more secure. 

I expect that each user will end up having a basic account and if so login access and details will be e-mailed.
